Refund and Returns Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

In the unlikely event that any items you have ordered is different from what you had ordered will only be accepted for return as we ensure the quality of the products delivered internationally with double QC process before arranging the delivery from our destination. And exchanges will not be provided on promotional/discount or final sale items.

If you would like to return an item for exchange, you are able to do this within 25 days of receiving your order. Items must be in an unwashed, unworn and in the original condition. To complete a return, call us at +94711355408 or email us WASTHRACLOTHING.COMto request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). For this purpose kindly include:

  • – Name
  • – Address
  • – Email Address
  • – Order Number
  • – Item number(s) to return
  • – Reason for your return

We will provide you with an email that contains information on where returns should be shipped, the amount you will be refunded upon quality inspection of the returned merchandise, a shipping label/waybill and the return package instructions.

Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. You will pay up and down shipping chargers of the returned item(s) to the carrier.

Returns will not be accepted without an Return Merchandise Authorization Number RMA #. Please note, that the RMA Number will expire in 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Merchandise Authorization email. The item will not be accepted if it is returned after that time. Your return address will be mentioned on your RMA confirmation.

REFUNDS

As all the international transaction processes are systemized WASTHRAdo not provide refunds unless an unlikely event such as the unavailability of the product due to a defect/damage etc. Such refunds will be issued to your accounts.

RESTRICTIONS

Please note that there are some restrictions such that our carriers can’t ensure safe delivery to certain addresses (and let’s be real, there’s nothing worse than a lost package). So please be sure to provide your address with specific details such as street number/building number/postal code if you have one.

FAILED DELIVERY SITUATION

We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, incorrect information provided for delivery, such as order address/contact number/consignee’s name. In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you.

If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us at info@WASTHRACLOTHING.COMwith your order number and correct information before the order is shipped out, and as soon as possible.

With some carrier services experiencing unexpected delays in transit or slight delays in providing tracking details, we appreciate your patience and understanding in advance. It’s our top priority to make sure your orders get delivered to you as soon as possible

You will be quoted a specific delivery promise at the time of checkout that is based on your selected destination country and the shipping methods available for the items in your shopping cart. Although we do our best to deliver your items during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

ATTENTION

As a result of the current global COVID-19 pandemic there are unexpected international delivery delays due to flight disruptions, cancellations, government restrictions and border closures.
